Begin your Reiki journey here.
You will receive a Reiki Attunement, connecting you with the Reiki energies passed on through a lineage of Reiki Masters, which goes back to it's founder Dr. Mikao Usui.
Learn what Reiki is, it's history, the benefits of Reiki, a basic overview of the seven main Chakras system, the hand positions used and how to demonstrate a healing session for yourself, in a safe and gentle environment to provide your own healings in.
The main principles of giving and receiving Reiki Healing Energy where you will meet others on their healing journey and will practice on each other to resonate with the energy first hand.
This workshop runs over one day.

Reiki 1 Workshop - Sunday 7th November 2021
Reiki Level Two
Continue your Reiki journey here.
You will again receive a Reiki Attunement.
In this Second Level you will learn The Symbols used in a Reiki Healing.
You will cover Distant Healing, Healing Karma, Increasing your connection to your Spirit Guides, a further look at the Seven Main Chakras and the crystals used for each chakra.
You will practice Distant Healing using the symbols on others and a teddy bear is needed with a photo of someone you have permission to send healing to.
This workshop is run over one day.

Reiki 2 Workshop - Sunday 24th October 2021
Reiki Level Three - Master Level
Reiki Master Level is the next step in your Reiki journey, where the practitioner becomes the teacher. This workshop is over a morning/afternoon and it also requires you to join me on a Reiki Level One and Two Workshop day to practice giving the attunements and seeing how the workshop is run from the teacher's view.
